He has a degree in Administration by Universidad del Valle in México. He was responsible for leading the institutional sales and customer relations teams, a member of the IM executive committee, and responsible for the sales/CRM team. He also worked as Institutional Client Relations Director, Institutional Client Relations Assistant Director, and Institutional Sales Director since August 2009 when he joined the company.
