Medellín, September 6, 2023. Protección, one of the leading Pension Fund Administrators (AFP) in Colombia, is proud to announce that it has been positioned as the third-best company in the country for young professionals, according to the Employers for Youth 2023 report.
Every year, the international firm FirstJob releases the results of Employers for Youth, a report that measures the perception of employees aged 18 to 35 about the organization they belong to. More than 100,000 young people and 1,000 companies from 16 countries have participated in the study. In its 2023 report, EFY awarded Protección the third place as the Best Company for young Colombian professionals. Additionally, Protección ranked #2 in the EFY Tech ranking, focused on companies with technology areas.
