In order to support its pensioners' care given the health emergency, AFP Capital reinforced its actions intended to encourage the electronic payment method by inviting its clients through different channels such as telephone calls, SMS messages, website, mails and the virtual assistant to opt for this pension payment method.
Consequently, during this last week, AFP Capital has increased 20 times the number of people who opted for this monthly payment method.
“We have seen people more open to accept this invitation to change. People who previously, either out of habit or other reasons, preferred to collect their pension payment in cash. Today, people appreciate this concern and, therefore, we will continue to reinforce these actions in the coming months so that more pensioners join in and, in this way, we can contribute to their health care during the winter," explained Jaime Munita, general manager of AFP Capital.
Additionally, AFP Capital offers those who collect their pension at Caja Los Héroes the benefit of a card to access their pension payment without standing in lines and whose management cost will be borne entirely by AFP Capital. Also, the first withdrawal from a national ATM will have no cost for pensioners.
Likewise, these initiatives add to other actions that AFP Capital has been reinforcing for more than four years to maintain closeness with clients and today more than ever with a focus on the senior care, enabling remote transactions and permanent access to relevant information on the website and other channels,
